Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide and to selected international countries. All orders are dispatched from Australia.
Domestic shipping (Australia)
A flat shipping rate of $9.95 AUD applies to all Australian orders, regardless of quantity. We use Australia Post and approved courier partners.
Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Orders placed before 1 pm AEST on a business day are typically dispatched the same day.
International shipping
International orders are available to selected countries at a flat rate of $20 AUD. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7 to 21 business days.
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by their country of import. These charges are not included in the shipping fee.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Use this to follow your order through to delivery.
Delivery delays
Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, customs processing, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us via our contact page.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate and either send a replacement or issue a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
